Contact the House before sending any item. Requests are reviewed according to item condition, timing, product type, and the policy posted when the request is made.

A request does not guarantee eligibility, a refund, an exchange, cancellation, or any particular resolution. Do not send an item without receiving return instructions.

Include the order number, garment name, size, and a concise description of the request through the Contact page. Do not include payment-card information.

The final return window, non-returnable conditions, return-shipping responsibility, exchange availability, and damaged-item procedure remain Keeper operating-policy decisions and will be stated in the final posted policy before launch.
